After this, a 3-hour online program called 'YOUR WAY' is provided and delves into the personalised needs of a client to improve areas of their lifestyle.

FREE online zoom as an initial consultation to determine suitability of coach and client.
After this a personalised coaching program is devised with consultation and is based on a month's commitment (5+ hours of online service for month as well as frequent sms/text message interaction most days for a month).
